The Sudbury Airport Community Development Corporation (SACDC) is seeking engaged and qualified candidates to serve on their Board of Directors. This is a volunteer position with a term appointment of one to three years. A director can serve on the board for up to nine consecutive years. The deadline for all applications is 11:59pm Sunday, March 29th,2026.

The SACDC is a not-for-profit corporation that is responsible for the management and operation of the Greater Sudbury Airport (YSB). It is one of Northern Ontario’s busiest airports. Its’ corporate vision is to be committed to safe, accessible, and customer focused air transportation enabling economic growth in Greater Sudbury through partnerships with business, government, and our community. #FlySudbury

A twelve (12) member Board of Directors works with the CEO to provide strategic direction, risk management, and governance to the corporation. Board meetings are held four to six times a year and there are two committees; a Finance and Audit Committee, and a Governance and Nominating Committee that meet two to four times per year.
