Four quadrants make up the entirety of the property owned by the Sudbury Airport Community Development Corporation.
North-East Quadrant (Threshold 30)
230 acres of land available.
This area has 230 acres of land available for a multitude of development options. Many fully serviced lots are available for hangar development. There are also opportunities for non-airside lots for light industrial, commercial or retail development.
T-hangar facilities are available for rent, outfitted with a concrete slab, by-fold doors, and a furnished flight lounge.
South-East Quadrant (Airside Commercial)
25 serviced lots with hangars or buildings on each property site.
Located adjacent to the main terminal, this development is comprised of over 25 serviced lots with hangars or buildings on each property site. Buildings in this general aviation area are privately owned and often available for rent, lease or sale.

Development Requirements

All new and existing buildings at the Greater Sudbury Airport are subject to the following:
- Executing a lease with the Sudbury Airport Community Development Corporation
- Land lease payments
- Municipal property taxes (commercial or residential rates will apply depending on activity conducted on the property)
- Municipal building permit required to ensure proper building standards
There are no municipal development charges on airport development projects.
