Lost Items on Aircraft
For items lost on board an aircraft, or for lost luggage, please contact your airline directly.
For the comfort of all passengers, pets are not permitted inside the terminal building unless they are:
service animals; or
animals travelling with you on an airline (these must be kept in a kennel at all times).
Travelling with your pet
If you are travelling with your pet, please ask your airline about the options available to you, the type of crate to use, how to prepare your pet, restrictions and applicable fees. In most cases, this information is provided on your airline's website.
We have several grassy, pet relief areas located just outside the airport terminal. We kindly ask that all owners ensure they pick up after their pets.
